General Manager: Caroline Lyons
Caroline Lyons is the general manager of The Common Man in Lincoln. Caroline has been a part of the Common Man family for almost 10 years, and just recently took the helm at Lincoln.
Prior to joining The Common Man, Caroline was the general manager of The Mill Wharf restaurant in Scituate, MA, working there for 11 years. Caroline also has international experience, having worked for a catering company in London, where she had the opportunity to work on events at Hampton Court Palace and Crystal Palace.
Caroline graduated with a bachelor of arts in history from Harvard, and serves as a volunteer at the elementary school in Lincoln. She also assists The Common Man family each year in coordinating the Brigid Kilfoyle Memorial softball tournament and is on the membership committee for Lin-Wood Chamber of Commerce.

The Common Man Ashland
General Manager: Jaime Saxe
Jaime Saxe is the general manager of Common Man Ashland.
After graduating from college in 1999, Jaime joined us as a server and bartender at Common Man Lincoln. She spent five years in our Lincoln home and then moved south to assist with the opening of our Common Man in Merrimack, where she began her management career with our family.
Always willing to lend a hand, Jaime has taken on management responsibilities in several of our homes, including Foster’s Boiler Room and Town Docks, before making her way to Ashland in 2008. She was promoted to General Manager at Common Man Ashland in 2011.
Jaime graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Plymouth State University in 1999.

General Manager: Carole Palmer
Carole Palmer is the general manager of The Common Man Company Store in Ashland.
Carole began her career with The Common Man family in June 2010. Prior to joining the Common Man, Carole worked in the hospitality field for 15 years at a resort on Cape Cod.
Carole moved to New Hampshire in 2005.

The Common Man Concord
General Manager: Eric Johnson
Eric Johnson is the general manager of The Common Man in Concord.
Eric joined The Common Man family in 1997 as a server at The Common Man in Lincoln, and served as the general manager of Common Man Ashland for eight years before taking the helm in Concord.
Before joining The Common Man family, Eric worked a number of years at various other establishments, all in the service industry. Originally from New Jersey, Eric has lived in the area for 20 years.
Eric attended Plymouth State College.

General Manager: Lisa Saitz
Lisa Saitz works as the general manager of The Common Man in Windham.
Lisa joined The Common Man family in 1996 as a server at what was then The Common Man�s Capital City Diner in Concord. In 1997 she became an assistant manager.
She became general manager of The Common Man in Windham in 2000 and took on the additional responsibilities of The Common Man in Merrimack in 2007.
As general manager of The Common Man in Windham, Lisa has played an important role in community events, organizing an annual Community Pancake Breakfast with the Windham Fire Department to benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Association and a local organization selected each year.
Lisa is a graduate of Northeastern University in Boston with a degree in finance and accounting.

The Common Man Merrimack
General Manager: Jack McMenimon
Jack McMenimon is the general manager of The Common Man in Merrimack.
Jack joined The Common Man in Concord in the spring of 2010 before being promoted to the general manager position in Merrimack. Jack has worked in hospitality leadership positions throughout his career.
He has volunteered with the Boys & Girls Club in Woburn, MA and looks forward to continuing his commitment to community in Merrimack.
Jack has a B.S. in Hospitality and Food Service Administration from Boston University.
Foster's Boiler Room
General Manager: Liz Braley
Liz Braley is the general manager of Foster�s Boiler Room at The Common Man Inn & Spa in Plymouth.
Liz has been with the family since 2002, when she began as a server and worked in the events department at Foster�s. Liz has a long history in the restaurant business, starting at the age of 14 in Texas and working as a server in high school.
Upon moving to New Hampshire, she and her husband ran the Hebron General Store, which included a small caf� where she served breakfast and lunch. She also worked part time in restaurants after taking on the full-time position delivering mail for the USPS in Hebron.
Just a month after joining The Common Man family at Foster�s, which she intended to be part-time, she joined the staff full time and was promoted to the functions lead and worked in the restaurant. In 2005, Liz was promoted to assistant manager and in 2006, took on the role of events manager as well. In 2007, she was promoted to general manager.

General Manager: Scott Taylor

Lakehouse, LAGO, and Camp
General Manager: Sean Brown
Sean Brown serves triple duty for the Common Man, as the general manager of Lakehouse Grille, LAGO and Camp, all located in Meredith.
Sean started with the Common Man family as a server in 1995 at what was then the new Boathouse Grille, while pursuing a degree in business management at Plymouth State University.
In 1996, he took the opportunity to move to Atlanta and work in a friend's restaurant during the Olympic Games, catering a two-and-a-half week long event for Fosters Brewery and Rosemont wines, called the Fosters Club. It was during this time that Sean realized the restaurant business was his true passion, and he returned to the Common Man family in a part-time management position.
After another brief hiatus from The Common Man, Sean returned as the general manager of Camp, then LAGO, and took on Lakehouse Grille at Church Landing. Beyond his general manager duties, Sean is active in the Meredith community, serving on the board of directors for the Greater Meredith Program.
Sean was also named general manager of the year by The Common Man in 2007.

Tilt'n Diner
General Manager: Mark Grotheer
Mark Grotheer is the General Manager of Tilt’n Diner.
Mark Joined the Common Man Family in 2009 as the assistant manager of Town Dox in Meredith, and was promoted to opening General Manager of The Route 104 Diner in 2009 before moving over to Tilt’n Diner in 2011.
Mark found his passion for the hospitality industry as a 15 year old, bussing tables in Clearwater, Florida. He began his restaurant management career in 1994.
When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.

Airport Diner
General Manager: Mark Fields
Mark Fields is the general manager of the Airport Diner in Manchester.
Mark joined The Common Man family as an assistant manager at The Common Man in Concord in 2004, and was promoted to opening General Manager of the Airport Diner in December of 2005.
Mark started his restaurant carrier in Columbus, OH in 1975, and has worked for a variety of companies across the United States. Mark moved to New Hampshire in June of 1985, and has called it home ever since.

The Common Man Inn & Spa in Plymouth
Innkeeper: Jennifer Tower
Jennifer Tower is the Innkeeper at The Common Man Inn & Spa in Plymouth.
Jennifer has been a part of The Common Man family for 10 years, starting as a waitress at The Common Man in Lincoln while in college.
When The Common Man Inn & Spa opened in 2002, Jennifer became the Sales and Events Manager, and was promoted to Innkeeper and Director of Sales more than a year ago.
Jennifer is heavily involved with the Plymouth-area community, hosting events and offering in-kind donations to many non-profit organizations.
In 2007, Jennifer was nominated as Innkeeper of the Year at the New Hampshire Lodging and Restaurant Association's Stars of the Industry Awards dinner and as employee of the year by The Common Man family.

The Spa at The Common Man Inn in Plymouth
Manager: Olivia Robie
Olivia Robie is the manager of The Spa at The Common Man Inn in Plymouth.
Olivia has been a part of The Common Man family since 2002, when she made a career change from direct marketing to esthetics so she could help others.
She attended the Esthetics Institute while The Common Man Inn & Spa was under construction, and became the lead esthetician in 2002. She was promoted to spa manager in 2005 and was nominated as general manager of the year for 2007 by The Common Man family.

Town Docks
Manager: Liz Weeks
Liz Weeks is the General Manager of Town Docks in Meredith.
Liz has been with the Common Man family since 2001, starting as a server at Camp and Town Docks, working every summer she was home from college. She has been manager at Town Docks since 2007.
Liz grew up in the hospitality business, working with her parents at the Tamarack restaurant until they decided to sell.
She is a 2006 graduate of the University of New Hampshire and received her Masters in Elementary Education from Plymouth State University's Graduate School in May 2009.

The Common Man Inn Claremont
Innkeeper: Jennifer Brockett
Jennifer Brockett is the Innkeeper of The Common Man Inn in Claremont.
Jennifer joined The Common Man family in 2009 during the construction of The Common Man Inn and was instrumental in the hiring and opening of the newest location.
Before joining The Common Man, Brockett worked in hospitality sales for Marriott and was most recently the Director of Sales for the Platinum Award-winning team at the Courtyard in Lebanon. Brockett began her career in hospitality in Phoenix, AZ.
Brockett graduated from Castleton State College with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing.
She is past chairman of the Hanover Chamber of Commerce Visitor Services Committee and is a member of the City of Claremont Master Plan Advisory Committee in the Economic Development division.

The Common Man Restaurant in Claremont
General Manager: Laura Jennings-Ryll
Laura Jennings-Ryll is the general manager of Common Man Claremont. Laura started her career with the Common Man family in 2009 with the opening of our Claremont home.
Prior to joining us, Laura owned and operated Stub's and Laura's restaurant in Windsor, Vermont for 20 years. Born and raised in Claremont, Laura started in the restaurant business at age 11, working at the Hitching Post and then moved over to Burger King at age 14. She became the youngest Communtiy Activities Coordinator at age 14. Within five years, Laura became the youngest Restaurant Manager at age 19. She was employed with Burger King/Erin Food Services for 10 years.
In her spare time, Laura loves to spend time with her family, hit the golf course and make jewelry.

The Common Man in Portsmouth
Manager: Jeffrey Hames
Jeffrey Hames is the General Manager of The Common Man in Portsmouth.
Jeff has worked in the Portsmouth area his whole career, and spent the 12 years prior to joining The Common Man family as manager of The Rosa Restaurant in Portsmouth. Jeff began his career in hospitality as a dishwasher/busser at the age of 14 at The Lobster Barn Restaurant in York, Maine and worked his way to Owner/Chef over his 12+ year tenure.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in Criminology from the University of Southern Maine in 1993, but soon realized that hospitality was his passion and decided to stay in the restaurant industry.
Jeff lives in York, Maine with his wife Katie and two boys. When he’s not with his family or working, he spends his time running, volunteering at the local elementary school and helping out with various local charities.

Route 104 Diner
Manager: Heather Merrill
Heather Merrill is the general manager of Route 104 Diner in New Hampton.
Heather joined The Common Man family in 2001 as a floor manager at Tilt'n Diner and moved up over the years, serving as general manager of Tilt'n Diner for three years before taking the helm at Route 104.
A graduate of Champlain College with a degree in hotel and restaurant management, Heather remained in Vermont for 10 years, where she managed a bakery/cafe in Burlington until she moved back to her native New Hampshire.
