General Manager: Caroline Lyons
Caroline Lyons is the general manager of The Common Man in Lincoln. Caroline has been a part of the Common Man family for almost 10 years, and was named General Manager of the Year in 2013.
Prior to joining The Common Man, Caroline was the general manager of The Mill Wharf restaurant in Scituate, MA, working there for 11 years. Caroline also has international experience, having worked for a catering company in London, where she had the opportunity to work on events at Hampton Court Palace and Crystal Palace.
Caroline graduated with a bachelor of arts in history from Harvard, and serves as a volunteer at the elementary school in Lincoln. She also assists The Common Man family each year in coordinating the Brigid Kilfoyle Memorial softball tournament and is on the membership committee for Lin-Wood Chamber of Commerce.

General Manager: Carole Palmer
Carole Palmer is the general manager of The Common Man Company Store in Ashland.
Carole began her career with The Common Man family in June 2010 and was nominated as General Manager of the Year in 2013, and named STAR of the Year by The Common Man in 2014.
Prior to joining the Common Man, Carole worked in the hospitality field for 15 years at a resort on Cape Cod.
Carole moved to New Hampshire in 2005.

General Manager: Kristie Edmunds
Kristie Edmunds is the General Manager of The Common Man in Concord.
Kristie joined The Common Man family in 2011, and has served in many roles, including General Manager of Airport Diner in Manchester, as well as Sales Director for Southern NH. She won Rising STAR of the Year in 2012.
Kristie graduated with a Culinary Degree from Le Cordon Bleu in 2003 and started her adventure in restaurants on the kitchen side. She was the Kitchen Manager of the Barley House in Concord and worked in the kitchen at the Hanover Street Chop House in Manchester. She switched gears to the front of the house in 2007 and became the General Manager of Nonni's of Concord. She has also managed at Cotton in Manchester and Tuscan Kitchen in Salem.
The Common Man Windham
General Manager: Scott McCann
Scott McCann started his career with The Common Man family as a bartender at the Merrimack location in 2006. He moved up to manager in 2010, and was nominated as a Rising STAR of the Year by The Common Man family in 2013. Scott worked at The Common Man Concord as an assistant for a year before taking the General Manager role at Windham in 2014.
Scott has been in the hospitality industry for 27 years, starting out as a bus boy at the original Shorty's in Litchfield, NH, and working at other local restaurants before joining The Common Man.
Scott plays an active role in his restaurant's community efforts, organizing a large community breakfast each fall to benefit local charities.

Foster's Boiler Room
General Manager: Liz Braley
Liz Braley is the general manager of Foster's Boiler Room at The Common Man Inn & Spa in Plymouth.
Liz has been with the family since 2002, when she began as a server and worked in the events department at Foster's. Liz has a long history in the restaurant business, starting at the age of 14 in Texas and working as a server in high school.
Upon moving to New Hampshire, she and her husband ran the Hebron General Store, which included a small cafe where she served breakfast and lunch. She also worked part time in restaurants after taking on the full-time position delivering mail for the USPS in Hebron.
Just a month after joining The Common Man family at Foster's, which she intended to be part-time, she joined the staff full time and was promoted to the functions lead and worked in the restaurant. In 2005, Liz was promoted to assistant manager and in 2006, took on the role of events manager as well. In 2007, she was promoted to general manager.

General Manager: Eric Johnson
Eric Johnson is the general manager of The Italian Farmhouse in Plymouth.
Eric joined The Common Man family in 1997 as a server at The Common Man in Lincoln, and served as the general manager of Common Man Ashland for eight years, as well as Common Man Concord for a period of time. He was named General Manager of the Year for The Common Man family in 2014.
Before joining The Common Man family, Eric worked a number of years at various other establishments, all in the service industry. Originally from New Jersey, Eric has lived in the area for more than 20 years.
Eric attended Plymouth State College.
Lakehouse and Camp
General Manager: Lyall Hamilton-Miller
Lyall Hamilton-Miller is the General Manager of Lakehouse Grille and Camp, both located in Meredith.
Lyall joined The Common Man family in 2009 as a manager at The Lakehouse Grille, and took on added responsibilities of managing Lago in 2011 and Camp in 2012.
Before joining The Common Man family, Lyall worked in the cruise ship industry for seven years for various cruise lines, serving as an Entertainment Host and Assistant Cruise Director.
Originally from South Africa, Lyall moved to New Hampshire in 2008, where he resides with his wife Amelia and their three dogs.
General Manager: Brian Medynski
Brian Medynski is the General Manager of the Tilt'n Diner in Tilton.
Brian began his career with the Common Man family in the summer of 2015. He has worked in restaurant management since the age of 20, holding various positions throughout his career, including multi-unit manager and Director of Operations for the Red Arrow Diners.
Brian was born and raised in West Milford, New Jersey and relocated to New Hampshire in 2001. He resides in Canterbury with his wife Cassie and sons Evan Robert and Calvin Dean.

Innkeeper: Jennifer Tower
Jennifer Tower is the Innkeeper at The Common Man Inn & Spa in Plymouth.
Jennifer has been a part of The Common Man family since 2000, starting as a waitress at The Common Man in Lincoln while in college.
When The Common Man Inn & Spa opened in 2002, Jennifer became the Sales and Events Manager, and was promoted to Innkeeper and Director of Sales in 2006.
Jennifer is heavily involved with the Plymouth-area community, hosting events and offering in-kind donations to many non-profit organizations. She is a past board member of the New England Inns & Resorts Association (NEIRA) and is currently a member of The Council of Hospitality and Restaurant Trainers (CHART) a national industry group.
In 2007, Jennifer was nominated as Innkeeper of the Year at the New Hampshire Lodging and Restaurant Association's Stars of the Industry Awards dinner and as employee of the year by The Common Man family. In 2014, Jennifer received the Innkeeper of the Year award from the New Hampshire Lodging and Restaurant Association.

General Manager: Katrina Clark
Katrina Clark is the Innkeeper at The Common Man Inn & Restaurant in Claremont.
Katrina has been a part of The Common Man family since 2009, starting as a front desk associate at The Common Man Inn & Restaurant in Claremont. She later accepted a position as the housekeeping manager in 2011, and was promoted to Assistant Manager of the Inn during the fall of 2012. She was nominated as a Rising STAR of the Year by The Common Man family in 2013.
Katrina is heavily involved with the Claremont-area community, volunteering to spearhead the lighting of Claremont’s Broad Street Park for the holiday season both in 2013 and 2014. She is a current board and finance committee member for the Greater Claremont Chamber of Commerce and is a charter member and past-President of the newly-revived Claremont Sugar-River Rotary Club, a non-profit that serves the community.

Manager: Sandy Watson
Sandy Watson became General Manager of our Route 104 Diner in New Hampton in 2015, after working for many years at its sister restaurant, Tilt'n Diner in Tilton. She received the CEO Award for Hospitality Excellence from The Common Man family in 2014.
Sandy started with The Common Man Family in 1976 as a bus girl and was a server at The Common Man in Ashland, to which she credits her solid base of training. In 1992, Sandy was tapped to help manage the Tilt'n Diner.
