The Common Man Portsmouth opened in August 2009 and is the seventh Common Man-named restaurant in New Hampshire, joining the ranks of it's other well known family members in Lincoln, Ashland, Concord, Claremont, Windham and Merrimack.

Our Portsmouth home serves the same American fare with New England flair as our other Common Man locations. You'll find traditional C-MAN favorites, such as our Baked Macaroni and Cheese, award-winning Crab Cakes, Uncommon Salad, New England Pot Roast and our delicious White Chocolate Bread Pudding for dessert.

The Common Man Portsmouth serves lunch Wednesday - Sunday from 11:30 a.m. - 3 p.m. We serve dinner Monday - Friday from 5 - 9:30 p.m. On Saturday, dinner is served from 4 - 9:30 p.m. and on Sunday from 4 - 9 p.m.  Lighter fare from our Bar N Grille menu is available at 3 p.m. each day until the kitchen closes.
