Espresso Martini
A velvety blend of vodka, espresso, and a touch of vanilla finished with cold foam. A rich and smooth cocktail perfect for brunch or post-dinner.

Ingredients
- 2 oz Tito's Vodka
- ½ oz Caffe Borghetti Espresso Liqueur
- ½ oz brewed espresso
- ½ oz vanilla syrup
- 1 oz cold foam (see note)
- espresso beans, for garnish
Instructions
- Chill martini glass.
- Combine vodka, espresso liqueur, brewed espresso, and vanilla syrup in a cocktail shaker over ice.
- Shake vigorously.
- Pour into chilled martini glass. Top with cold foam and espresso bean garnish.
Chef Tips!
Make cold foam at home by frothing 3 tablespoons of heavy cream, 2 tablespoons of whole milk, and 1 tablespoon of sweetener/syrup for about 60 seconds. Use a handheld frother, blender, or French press.
