Grilled Chicken with Citrus-Honey Glaze

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • ½ lemon, zested and juiced
  • ½ lime, zested and juiced
  • ½ orange, zested and juiced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • 1 tsp Bad to the Bone seasoning, or your favorite grill spice
  • 2 tbsp neutral oil, such as canola
  • kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • fresh herbs, such as parsley or basil, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Mix the citrus zest, garlic, and Bad to the Bone with the oil. Place in a ziplock bag with the chicken and toss to coat. Refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight.
  • Heat the honey with the citrus juice in a small saucepan over low heat. Reduce until thickened slightly.
  • Wipe excess marinade from the chicken and season with salt and pepper. Grill over high heat, brushing the chicken periodically with the glaze until internal temperature reaches 165℉.
