Grilled Chicken with Citrus-Honey Glaze
A quick and easy marinade infuses this chicken with flavor, and the glaze lightly caramelizes on the grill to deliver the perfect blend of smoky, sweet, and tangy notes.

- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
- ½ lemon, zested and juiced
- ½ lime, zested and juiced
- ½ orange, zested and juiced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 1 tsp Bad to the Bone seasoning, or your favorite grill spice
- 2 tbsp neutral oil, such as canola
- kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- fresh herbs, such as parsley or basil, for garnish
Instructions
- Mix the citrus zest, garlic, and Bad to the Bone with the oil. Place in a ziplock bag with the chicken and toss to coat. Refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight.
- Heat the honey with the citrus juice in a small saucepan over low heat. Reduce until thickened slightly.
- Wipe excess marinade from the chicken and season with salt and pepper. Grill over high heat, brushing the chicken periodically with the glaze until internal temperature reaches 165℉.
