Piña Colada
The ultimate version of everyone's favorite, fruity vacation cocktail.

- 1 pineapple
- 2 oz coconut rum
- 2 oz Piña Colada mix
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- ½ oz dark rum (for floater)
- ice
- whipped cream
- cherry
Core the pineapple, leaving the bottom intact.
Combine coconut rum, Piña Colada mix, and pineapple juice in blender with ice.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into cored pineapple.
Top with dark rum floater.
Garnish with whipped cream and a cherry.
