Piña Colada
The ultimate version of everyone's favorite, fruity vacation cocktail.

Ingredients
- 1 pineapple
- 2 oz coconut rum
- 2 oz Piña Colada mix
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- ½ oz dark rum (for floater)
- ice
- whipped cream
- cherry
Instructions
- Core the pineapple, leaving the bottom intact.
- Combine coconut rum, Piña Colada mix, and pineapple juice in blender with ice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into cored pineapple.
- Top with dark rum floater.
- Garnish with whipped cream and a cherry.
